Overview:
Medical Laboratory Technicians perform essential testing and analysis to support physicians in disease detection and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lab tests on blood, tissue, and other samples
- Operate and calibrate lab equipment
- Record and analyze test data accurately
- Follow quality control and safety protocols
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in diagnostic labs
