Our recruitment specialists carefully review each application to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for available roles. Shortlisted candidates who meet employer requirements are invited for further evaluation and interviews.
Shortlisted candidates engage in interviews with U.S.-based healthcare employers via video calls, teleconferences, or in-person meetings. These interviews assess technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural compatibility within the workplace.
Employers make the final hiring decisions based on interview outcomes. Opti NextGen promptly informs selected candidates and provides guidance on the next steps in the visa sponsorship process.
Candidates who receive job offers must initiate the visa process by paying the Form I-129
(Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker) filing fee to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS).
Candidates are also required to pay a $750 USD processing fee to Opti NextGen. This covers administrative costs, document preparation, and ongoing visa sponsorship support.
Upon completion of payments, Opti NextGen issues an official employment letter detailing job position, salary, benefits, and other key terms. Simultaneously, our immigration team files the Form I-129 petition with USCIS on behalf of the candidate and employer.
